Yifat vanunu Lupo,

 Organizational Consultant.

Nice to meet you.

I am a highly experienced organizational consultant with over 20 years of expertise in organizational relationships. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and Master’s degree studies in Social Psychology, from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. I have completed the program for training group leaders at "Tzipori" Institute.

Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse organizations, managers, and teams both in Israel and worldwide.
Regardless of the process, whether it was personal consulting for a manager, manager development, or team development, my focus has always been on the individual and his communication with their environment; focus on the person who comes to work, rather than on the employee or the manager or the team member.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that our ability to create successful relationships with those around us is crucial to our success within the corporate environment.

The organization is a social environment, similar to other environments we encounter in life, such as: school, college, university, family, community and so forth. Our ability to succeed and stand out around people we didn't choose to be around us, is a key to success.

The concept of relationships underlying my approach was formulated into the 2talk concept. Recently, I translated this concept into a kit – a practical work tool that organizations can use to better manage their communication with their environment and relationships. Using the 2talk kit, individuals at all levels of the organization can improve their ability to connect with those around them, leading to a more positive and productive work environment.

The success of your organization is built on the people in it.
Managing relationships with them starts here.

The 2talk concept

The 2talk concept of relationships highlights the importance of relationships in the organization, with a critical focus on the manager-employee relationship as a factor in motivation, employee retention, engagement, meeting business goals, and more.

stories from life

In my youth, I loved reading Attorney Zvi Lidsky's column in  a journal. Zvi Lidsky was a criminal attorney, and every week he wrote a fascinating story about his experiences in the profession.

In my work as an organizational consultant, whether it's in a workshop for managers, team development, personal counseling or any other meeting, personal or group, I come across fascinating stories, some of which, while changing identifying details of course for the consultant, the team or the organization, I will bring here.

The flagship workshop - 2talk

The world of work is full of challenges and difficulties: disputes, breakdowns, conflicts of interest, disagreements, struggle for resources and schedules, and more. The relationship we maintain with our environment in the organization are like the oil that anoints on squeaky hinges. It makes things slide better and with less squeaks.

A good relationship is managed by building trust, listening, interest, honesty and open conversation.
